Heroes Con 2015 Cosplays

Below are some of my favorite cosplays seen at Heroes Con 2015. Due to the chaotic nature of these events I was unable to get anyone's names to give credit, so I'd like to apologize in advance for that. If you see yourself below feel free to send me a message and I'll happily give you credit for your excellent cosplay. Can't wait to see more next year!

Awesome Cosplays: More Street Fighter

I was tumbling down the Tumblr trail today and came across some great Street Fighter cosplays that I wanted to share.

Be sure to visit each cosplayer and photographer's web page as linked below to show them your support. This can be a difficult hobby to pursue so I'm sure your comments and encouragements would be greatly appreciated.

First up is an excellent Chun li by Enji Night. You can find more of her cosplays on her Deviant art page here, which include other Capcom heroines as well. Photography by Sarmai.

Next up is a striking Cammy by Ivy Cosplay. You can also find more at her Deviant Art page here. Photography for this set by AOJfoto.cat.

Next is a beautiful Ibuki by Riinechan. You don't really see a lot of Ibuki and she did an amazing job. Find more of her cosplays on her Deviant Art page here. Photography by Rayara Eckhardt.

Look at this superb Hugo cosplay by Metalslimer! Check out his other cosplays on his Deviant Art page here as well as his Tumblr account. He's done many other Capcom cosplays and even won the Mr. Street Fighter pageant at San Diego Comic Con. Remember, real men wear pink!

Thanks for stopping by and remember to please visit everyone's pages linked above to show support for their art!

Awesome Mass Effect Cosplays Part 1

Thanks to my current obsession with the Mass Effect series, I found myself browsing random cosplay photos this evening and come upon some really amazing stuff. These people really go all out when it comes to Mass Effect characters, creating such extremely intricately detailed costumes that seem worthy of a movie set.

There are a lot of characters in Mass Effect and thus a LOT of cosplay examples to share. So what I'm going to do is dedicate a post for each character and show some of my favorite examples that I've found.

We'll begin with my personal favorite, Jane Shepard, otherwise known as FemShep in the community, or whatever you want to name her. She's the female version of the protagonist of the game so of course you can change her appearance how you see fit. This works out great for people wanting to dress as her because there is no one way Shepard is supposed to look. Makes for a lot of variety out there.  Enjoy!

First up is a lovely red head, which seems to be the most common selection but I think it fits the character best. She goes by Viverra1 and you can find more of her cosplays and designs at her Deviant Art page here: http://viverra1.deviantart.com/ Be sure to visit and leave some comments, she did an amazing job on the costume, really spot on!

Next up is a person that bears a stunning resemblance to Jane Shepard or the default appearance with no player changes. This beauty goes by Kaz and you can find more of her cosplays on her Tumblr here: clefairy-tale.tumblr.com/ Be sure to stop by and add some notes!

Next check out this Russian beauty sporting Shepard's more casual looks. The evening dress seems to be rare and she did an amazing job on it. Follow her on Twitter here: https://twitter.com/montirovka_man and check out more of her amazing cosplay work on her Deviant Art page here: http://love-squad.deviantart.com

Now to wrap things up with a personal favorite set by cosplayer, Crystal Graziano. Not only does she make for a beautiful Shepard but her costume is insanely accurate. The omni tool blade looks like it's right out of the game! For more of her cosplays check out her Deviant Art page here: http://crystalcosfx.deviantart.com She also has a website here:  http://preciouscosplay.cleanfolio.com/

That's it for this edition of awesome Mass Effect Cosplays. I hope you enjoyed the pictures and please remember to visit each of these ladies' web pages and show your support. Cosplay is a difficult hobby, especially when you're doing something as difficult as Mass Effect.

Awesome cosplays: Street Fighter x Tekken edition

The previous post I did on Chun li cosplays was a hit, so I thought I'd share some more exceptional cosplays I've stumbled upon.  This time of the Tekken variety and additional characters as well.

First up is an exceptional Chun li.  I think this might be the real Chun li herself.  She did a fantastic job on the costume, which is pretty much perfect, on top of already looking like Chun li in the first place.

Her name is Elin Kuzonoha and you can find more of her pictures on her Deviant Art site here.

Next up is an amazing Cammy by Crystal Graziano.  She even has shots of her as Cammy's 1944 Bombshell version.  Check out her Deviant Art page here and her official web page at http://www.crystalcosfx.com/

Now to switch things up to the Tekken side with an awesome Lili cosplay by Michelle Monique.  She's beautiful and the costume is spot on, very appropriate for Lili.  Find more of her pictures at her Deviant Art page here and at her official site here:  http://michellemonique.artworkfolio.com/

Last but not least we have Asuka Kazama by Neni-Chan.  Unfortunately I only found 2 shots of her as Asuka, but she sure makes an adorable one.  She does a lot of other great costumes as well.  For more shots of her go to her Deviant Art page here.

That's it for this collection, hope you enjoyed.  Please be sure to support these ladies by visiting their web pages!  It takes a lot of work to put costumes like this together so be sure to show them your appreciation.
