SSFIV AE confirmed as DLC

Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition has been confirmed for home consoles as DLC at Capcom's Captivate event. I hear they are forcing the removal of most videos online at the moment because this was supposed to be announced next Tuesday, but if you happen to catch this on time I've found a copy of the video on Youtube (while it lasts):

If you weren't able to see it, the DLC includes 4 new characters: Yun, Yang, Evil Ryu, and Oni, as well as the balance changes made to Arcade Edition.

They are also enhancing the replay channel's functionality to allow you to search for a gamertag now. You can also "follow" a player and receive updates as they upload new videos to the replay channel.

The video states that battles with regular Super Street Fighter IV players are still possible after receiving the DLC. Some rumors are already floating about that you will actually get to choose which version of your character (regular SSFIV or AE) you want to play when you go online. Great news for those players who didn't approve of their character's nerfs if this is true.

Nothing has been stated about the price of the DLC yet, I'd imagine we'll hear more on that on Tuesday.
